Social Dashboard
When you arrive on the Social Dashboard it should look something like the below:
In progress = All entries that have been logged including those that haven’t been approved by the Foundation team yet
To do = What was included in the SVA plan.
You can edit an SVA once published depending on your Mi Project access select, the “change SVA” button. Only community managers can edit SVA plans.
FAQ's
Q - Local labour not pulling through to the social dashboard even though it’s been logged in Mi Performance?
-
Local labour in Mi Social doesn’t pull from Mi Performance. For local labour to pull through to Mi Social dashboard it needs to be added as an investment entry and assigned against SVA measure NT1.
Q - Local spend not pulling through to the social dashboard even though it’s been logged in Mi Performance?
-
Mi Social definition of local is set in the admin area. Does the spend logged in Mi Performance meet the same definition of local spend as in Mi Social, for example 20 miles from the project?
Q - Why is the percentage SROI planned over 100%?
-
Have you checked the contract value that has pulled through at the top of the social dashboard? Does this correct? If not, it is likely that the social dashboard needs re-syncing with Mi Performance. Please log this as a task with your Foundation representative to log with the developers.
KPI’s
Q - Why aren’t the entries I’ve logged showing towards my KPI’s?
A1 - The cut-off for the monthly KPI’s in Mi Performance is 10th of the month (check this is correct for Performance), so anything approved after this date will pull through next month.
A2 - Have the correct fields been selected to count towards the KPI?
A3 - Has the entry been approved? Only approved entries pull through to KPI’s.
Investment Entries
Q - SVA measures not showing in entry drop-down?
A - The SVA drop-down only shows measures that are included in the SVA plan for that project. If an SVA measure isn’t showing, speak to your community manager who will be able to add it to the community plan and then it will pull through to the drop-down in the entry.
If you’re logging WEX student or apprentice you must select WEX or apprentice from the “community investment” drop-down and log their details otherwise the entry will not calculate the SVA.
